We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our growing Mediterranean-inspired kitchen at The Last Slice.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to high standards
  • Coordinate kitchen operations and lead junior staff
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ensure stock rotation, inventory control and supplier orders
  • Contribute to menu development

You will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen role
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team
