The Position

You will be expected to
apply your natural proactive approach
to identify new opportunities while managing the import sea process for existing clients.

  • Receive pre-alerts and register import shipments
  • Communicate with clients, carriers and suppliers to negotiate rate agreements
  • Process of import transactions including LCL, FCL and FAK shipments
  • Co-ordinate the import and export sea processes from shipper to consignee
  • Ensure transshipment freight is processed effectively to minimise delays
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and efficiently
