About the Role
HCF, Australia's Largest Not-For-Profit Health Insurer, is seeking a highly motivated and pro-active Corporate Business Development Manager to join our team. The hybrid role will focus on identifying and converting a consistent flow of new business opportunities, generating revenue and new policy sales. As a Corporate BDM at HCF, you'll lead strategic prospecting, manage your own pipeline, and deliver tailored health solutions, boosting acquisition and engagement-while championing HCF's values and delivering measurable impact across the corporate portfolio
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to target new corporate clients.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within these organizations, particularly within HR departments.
 - Promote HCF's discounted health insurance offering to these organizations as a benefit for their employees.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
 - Monitor market trends and provide insights to the wider team on opportunities for growth and improvement.
 
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, 2-4 years minimum.
 - Experience working in the health insurance industry or related field is preferred.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Willingness to travel within NSW and occasionally interstate
