The Opportunity

Embark on a rewarding role as a Sales Coordinator, where you'll be the frontline ambassador, sculpting positive and memorable customer interactions. Your responsibilities will encompass managing inquiries, orchestrating seamless order processes, adeptly resolving issues, and delivering valuable information to significantly elevate overall customer satisfaction. What You'll Do

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email

· Accurately process orders and coordinate timely deliveries

· Provide clear information about our products and services

· Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently

· Maintain accurate records of orders, interactions, and feedback

· Work closely with sales and logistics teams to keep customers informed and supported

What You'll Bring

· Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM systems (2+ years experience)

· A team-oriented, positive, and customer-focused approach

· (Desirable) Experience in the plumbing or building industry

· (Desirable) Knowledge of MYOB and Salesforce

· Australian work rights are required for this position
