We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join our beautiful Bambini Centre in Hampton.

You will be a qualified Early Childhood Educator with extensive experience as an artist, bringing both content knowledge and pedagogical expertise to meet the diverse needs of all children. You will have a deep understanding of childhood development and the role of art in supporting self-expression, exploration, and learning.

Our Bambini Art Program offers multi-sensory, creative learning experiences that inspire curiosity and imagination. We are looking for someone who can guide children in experimenting with painting, collage, printing, and other expressive art forms.

The role also involves supporting educators to enhance creativity within their learning environments and integrating art into daily play experiences.

Our program explores a range of textural and tactile experiences such as clay modelling, sculpture, construction, and textile-based activities. You will lead the extension of learning projects across all age groups and take the lead in planning and executing our annual art exhibition.

Applicants must hold a minimum Certificate III in Children's Services. This role requires collaboration across all classrooms, contributing to the extension of educational programs through creativity and art.

About You:

You will:

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in delivering an art program that delivers outstanding results for children
• Show a passion for Early Childhood Education and Care, demonstrated experience within the sector
• Have an understanding of current Early Childhood Education practices, Early Years Learning Frameworks, pedagogical methods, observations, and National Quality Standards

Your credentials:

• Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or above
• Have, or working towards a qualification in teaching/art.
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
