As our business expands, we are on the lookout for a Seasoned Freight Forwarding Sales Support Candidate.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support professional who will blend seamlessly with our culture—someone who values building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Quote like a pro: Prepare competitive quotes for new and existing clients across import and export machinery (and general freight too—we love machinery, though).

  • Negotiate smart: Source and secure the best rates from shipping lines, Heavy Haulage Transport Operators , Overseas agents, Fitters and Mechanics, Wash bay Operators, Depots plus a host of other Suppliers that are required to Dismantle and Ship large Machinery.

  • Keep data sharp: Maintain and update pricing information in our database.

  • Collaborate closely: Work side-by-side with Operations to ensure smooth handovers and top-notch service delivery.

  • Drive opportunities: Follow up on quotes, add prospects to the pipeline, and make outbound calls to potential leads

  • Investigate: Spot new routes, services, and machinery trends that could give our clients an edge.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Around 3+ years in freight forwarding. Machinery experience is a plus—but if you're great at general freight, we'll teach you the ropes (and you'll never have a dull day again).

  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Machinery Freight Forwarding, know the difference between a Bulldozer and a Rubber Tyred Loader, know what can be shipped on in a Container, on a Flat Rack or what needs to be shipped RORO ( Roll on Roll Off)

  • Personality: Energetic, approachable, detail-oriented, and always up for learning.

  • Customer-first mindset: You take pride in delivering outstanding service.

  • Sales-savvy edge: Prior exposure to sales or quoting is a plus.
