About Us:

Join our team in Victoria as a Retail Security Officer. We're looking for reliable and professional individuals to help protect our clients' stores, staff, and customers while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor entrances and exits to prevent theft and unauthorised access.
  • Conduct regular patrols within the store and surrounding areas.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or customer concerns.
  • Deter theft and antisocial behaviour through strong situational awareness.
  • Work closely with store management and, where required, law enforcement.
  • Prepare and submit accurate incident reports.
Qualifications
  • Current Victorian Security Licence.
  • Previous experience in retail or loss prevention preferred.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Professional presentation and a calm attitude under pressure.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
