Ultimate Security Australia is on the lookout for licensed, proactive, and dependable Security Guards to join our growing team across the Bendigo Region, including Echuca, Castlemaine, and surrounding areas.

Your Role
  • Static Security – Maintain a strong presence at designated sites
  • Mobile Patrols – Conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents

All roles involve public interaction and require standing/walking for extended periods.


What You'll Need
  • Availability for rotating rosters (days, nights, weekends)
  • Valid Victorian Security Licence (including control room & monitoring centre)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to perform foot patrols and maintain visibility
  • Experience with CCTV & access control systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
