Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Manager located in Perth, WA. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities include supervising the front desk staff, coordinating guest check-in and check-out operations, resolving guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. As this individual will be part of the Hotel Leadership Team they will also be expected to collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Office Administration and proficiency with front office systems and processes
  • Experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring staff motivation and team cohesion
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel management role is highly desirable
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • A professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction
