Now 15 years in business MDC Camper trailers & Offroad Caravans is recognised as an Australian company dedicated to designing and manufacturing what are arguably Australia's most affordable, reliable Off Road Camper Trailers & Offroad Caravans.

Recently there has been a huge demand for our product and we are in  need for the right person to assist in running the day to day operations of our Adelaide Showroom.

Your primary role is to efficiently service prospective clients and lead them through the customer journey in purchasing a MDC product - from the first contact all the way through to delivery and servicing support.

Full training will be provided, however the candidate would typically posess the below attribute and have some retail experience and looking for a long term position within the Camping/4WD/Leisure Industry.

You will have:

  • Sales experience with excellent customer service
  • A team player and a willingness attitude
  • Ready to be hands on and a team player
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
  • Practical skills and technical competence
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy including Excel & Word
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
  • Full drivers license - essential

The Rewards:

  • Salary + Uncapped Commissions. The more you sell, the more you will earn.
  • You will also be provided with any business related travel expenses, a mobile phone and laptop computer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Handover of Camper Trailers and Caravans
  • Show customers through our product range and process orders
  • Arrange delivery of camper trailers + accessories direct to customers from our Showroom / Warehouse
  • Balance the till and bank all incoming monies daily
  • Answering e-mails
  • Answering phone enquiries
  • Preparing Stock for customer delivery
