About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen operations, and ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare menus in line with seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Innovate and introduce new recipes, specials, and techniques
- Collaborate with management to improve customer experience and profitability
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cuisines, and food safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and passion for food and presentation
- Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred but not required)
