About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen operations, and ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare menus in line with seasonal availability and customer preferences
  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency
  • Innovate and introduce new recipes, specials, and techniques
  • Collaborate with management to improve customer experience and profitability

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cuisines, and food safety standards
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity and passion for food and presentation
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred but not required)
