L&C Facility Management is seeking a talented Carpenter - Maintenance all rounder to join our team across Coffs Harbour Region. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of residential properties. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks, utilizing your diverse skill set to manage various projects efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform general carpentry tasks such as installation, repair and maintenance of fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, and other woodwork
  • Undertake repair patch and painting work as required
  • Diagnose and rectify issues, providing practical solutions to maintain the functionality and appearance of client properties
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Trade-qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality maintenance services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find practical solutions
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, and skilled in a range of maintenance tasks
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
