Opportunity

We are seeking a self motivated, detail orientated person to join our Residential Mortgages team. As a Broker Support Officer you will be responsible for providing one on one support to our team of Brokers to enable the efficient and accurate processing of Property loan applications.

Key Accountabilities: (Key tasks and activities)

· Engage with Clients to collect relevant supporting information to ensure loan applications are complete and accurate.

· Some financial analysis and loan application preparation required.

· Liaising with real estate agents and solicitors to ensure an easy and efficient service for the customer.

· Ordering Valuations.

· Arranging appropriate loan documentation and if required arranging execution of documents.

· Collating loan documentation and approval conditions for lodgement of settlement.

· Liaising with Lenders to ensure settlement is processed in a timely manner.

· Working closely with the Mortgage Broker on client relationship management.

· Customer Service – Handle general customer enquiries, on behalf of the Broker, with regards to loan maintenance.

· Update/Maintain Client files within Database as required,
