**The Organisation**

We are proud to partner with SEARMS, a registered Aboriginal community housing provider who has served Aboriginal communities in regional NSW and the ACT since 2003, providing housing and tenancy management services to the Aboriginal Housing Officer and other Aboriginal organisations.

With many of our Aboriginal communities currently living in extreme poverty and at risk of/or in homelessness, SEARMS endeavours to address this entrenched disadvantage whilst preserving the integrity and the core of Aboriginal values and beliefs

**This Role**

Based predominately from the Batemans Bay office, the Project Coordinator will provide support to the Chief Financial Officer to ensure SEARMS meets all quality and compliance requirements in current and future development projects.

**Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Project Management - maintain systems to track, monitor and manager project files and contracts
- Manage the project WHSE and product quality compliance and provide accurate and timely, weekly project reporting to the Executive Team
- Co-ordinate and take minutes on project control group meetings
- Project Reporting, including assisting with tendering, contract management, invoice reconciliation, funding acquittals and monthly reporting.
- Facilitate project consultants/builders/agent communications and keep records in accordance with SEARMS’ contractual requirements
- Assist with community consultation through - community events, site visits and community and stakeholder meetings

**You will have**:

- A tertiary qualification and/or equivalent knowledge and experience, in project management, project administration or a related field
- Highly developed computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office software: including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Experience using Estate Master Software or similar
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, responding flexibly to meet changing needs, priorities and deadlines
- Strong planning, time management, problem solving and organisational skills

Being fully Covid 19 vaccinated, holding a current driver's licence, working with children’s check NSW and completing a criminal history check are required in this role.
