We manage an exclusive portfolio of premium holiday homes, resorts, and beachfront apartments across the Coast — and we're looking for a passionate Holiday Property Manager (Client Services Executive) to help our owners maximise their property potential and ensure every guest enjoys a five-star stay.

About the Role

As a Client Services Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of our property owner relationships — helping owners get the most from their investments while ensuring guests enjoy five-star experiences every stay.

You'll work closely with our supportive leadership team, managing your own portfolio and keeping operations running seamlessly — from pricing and maintenance to guest satisfaction and community engagement.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Grow your portfolio -bring on new properties and keep them performing at their best.
  • Be part of the community -connect with local businesses, events, and networks to grow brand awareness and referrals.
  • Keep properties in top shape - oversee inspections, maintenance, and presentation.
  • Build strong relationships - with both owners and guests, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience.
  • Coordinate contractors & cleaners - manage vendors and ensure quality service.
  • Collaborate & celebrate -work with your team to support our fun, dynamic Alloggio culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in property or portfolio management (holiday or real estate).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A natural drive for business growth and customer success.
  • Familiarity with tools like RMS, HomHero, Guesty, or similar platforms.
  • A current Driver's Licence and eligibility to work in Australia.
