At MyFirstGym, we're on a mission to help children fall in love with movement – and we're looking for fun, positive, and inspiring Coaches to join our vibrant team

From Ninja Warriors to tiny tumblers, our coaches empower children aged 7 months to 15 years to move with confidence, have fun, and feel proud of their achievements.

About Us

MyFirstGym is a one-stop fitness hub just for kids We offer exciting and outcome-driven programs that build physical literacy, confidence, and a love for fitness. Our classes include:

  • Ninja Warrior
  • Gymnastics
  • Tumbling
  • Parkour
  • Junior Development (7 months – 4 years)
  • Boxing
  • MFG Fit
  • Birthday Parties
  • Date Nights

We're open 7 days a week with classes in the morning and afternoon. We make fitness fun and meaningful, and we want you to be a part of it

Your Role as a Coach

At MyFirstGym, you're not just a coach, you're a mentor, motivator, and role model. You'll lead high-energy, engaging classes, build relationships with children and families, and be the reason a child smiles after class.

  • Experience working with children
  • A passion for health, fitness, and child development
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Team player attitude with leadership qualities
  • High energy, fun, and creative approach
  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends

Requirements

  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent
  • Previous coaching, teaching, or sports experience is a plus
