We’re Hiring - CrossFit Coach

Location: Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast, QLD

Hours: 20 hours per week (with potential to grow)

Are you passionate about fitness, thrive in a team environment, and love helping others unlock their potential? Hunted Fitness is looking for an energetic and committed CrossFit Coach to join our growing community.

About the Role:
We're on the hunt for a coach who can lead high-energy group sessions, inspire our members, and bring positive vibes into every class. You’ll be responsible for:

- Coaching CrossFit and functional fitness classes
- Delivering high-quality training with proper technique and safety
- Supporting members of all fitness levels
- Helping build and maintain an inclusive, motivating gym culture

What We’re Looking For:

- Cert 4 in Fitness
- CrossFit Level 1 Certification (preferred but not necessary)
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and community
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- First Aid/CPR, Personal training experience, or additional certifications
