MyFirstGym is looking for energetic, reliable, and fun Junior Coaches to join our team

If you're under 18, love being active, and want to gain experience working with children in a positive, supportive environment, this is your chance to get involved in something exciting.

About Us

MyFirstGym is a fitness hub designed just for kids aged 7 months to 15 years. Our goal? To help kids fall in love with movement and grow up feeling strong, confident, and motivated.

From Ninja Warrior to Martial Arts, Parkour, and Gymnastics, we deliver fun, high-energy classes that kids (and coaches) love.

About the Junior Coach Role

As a Junior Coach, you'll support our qualified coaching team during classes and events, help set up equipment, interact with children and parents, and most importantly, bring good vibes and energy every day

You'll be involved in:

  • Assisting coaches in delivering classes
  • Supporting birthday parties and weekend events
  • Helping keep kids engaged and having fun
  • Learning how to lead, teach, and inspire
  • Being a role model to younger children

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine love for working with children
  • Interest in sports, fitness, dance, or movement
  • Great attitude, communication skills & willingness to learn
  • Availability for after school and weekend shifts
  • Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic personality
  • A team player who wants to grow and develop

What You'll Need

  • No experience necessary, full training provided
  • Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain if required by state)
  • Parental/guardian consent (if under 18)
  • Interest in coaching, sport, fitness, or education a big plus
