About MyFirstGym

About the Role: Senior Birthday Party Host

Every weekend, we throw the most exciting, energetic, and unforgettable birthday parties around, and you'll be at the center of it all

As our Party Pro, you'll be:

  • Leading fun, high-energy birthday experiences
  • Creating magical memories for kids and families
  • Running activities, games, and fitness challenges
  • Bringing confidence, control, and creativity to every party

We provide all training and support to help you shine.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Aged 19+
  • Available Saturday and Sunday afternoons
  • Experience working with children
  • A Working With Children Check / Blue Card
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly
  • Comfortable leading groups with energy and confidence
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate

Nice-to-Haves (but not essential):

  • Fitness or Early Childhood qualifications
  • Background in coaching, sport, or working with kids
