What you will do:
  • Engage and review business scenarios/use cases for data solution with Business Intelligence team and other business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data model/relationships (conceptual/logical) within Enterprise data warehouse (EDW) system
  • Develop test scenarios together with Testers/business analysts
  • Review data solutions with EDW Solution Architect
  • Develop and supports meta data management and business rules management for data transformation
  • Assist and support developers and testers throughout development lifecycle or bug fixes
  • Develop and supports data security and associated user roles
  • Monitor data processing and integration
  • Coordinate and manage data solution related projects together with solution architect and project managers
  • Contribute towards a positive, participative and supportive culture and build and maintain strong working relationships with officers across the organisation.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Experience in building end to end data pipelines using on-premises or cloud-based data platforms
  • Exposed to ETL/ELT and governance tools
  • Experience with SQL queries
  • Experience with one or more Business Intelligent tools like SAC, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau
  • Attention to detail, precision, and able to troubleshoot data quality issues
  • Experience in maintaining conceptual, logical, and dimensional data models
  • Professional presentation and communication skills written and verbal, formal documentation, diagramming and modelling
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Appetite to explore technical solutions that can be used to apply to solving problems
  • Highly regarded although not mandatory experience would include
  • Technical experience HANA 2.0 data modelling
  • Technical skills in creating visualisations in Power BI, Tableau etc
  • Technical skills in working with Data
  • Functional knowledge in any of SAP modules: Public Sector Collections & Disbursement (PSCD), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI-CO), Tax Revenue Management (TRM), and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
