Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Tingalpa, Brisbane. This role-Seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Tingalpa, Brisbane. This role is pivotal in supporting our business by providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate financial and non-financial data to ensure reliability and accuracy in reporting.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and potential issues or opportunities for business improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards in PowerBI to visualise data, key metrics, and exceptions.
  • Communicate analytical findings through visualisations that are clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and projects from various business units.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and reporting standards.
  • Monitor data trends, anomalies, and quality issues, collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Document data processes and business logic for transparency and reproducibility.
  • Maintain and update data securely in platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Uphold data privacy standards and ensure compliance with data governance policies.

Individual Productivity Targets

  • Deliver high-quality reports according to established timetables.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability in all data collection and processing.
  • Monitor, update, and enhance automated reports as needed.
