Job Description

This role is pivotal in supporting our business by providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate financial and non-financial data to ensure reliability and accuracy in reporting.
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and potential issues or opportunities for business improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards in PowerBI to visualise data, key metrics, and exceptions.
- Communicate analytical findings through visualisations that are clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and projects from various business units.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and reporting standards.
- Monitor data trends, anomalies, and quality issues, collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Document data processes and business logic for transparency and reproducibility.
- Maintain and update data securely in platforms such as SharePoint.
- Uphold data privacy standards and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Individual Productivity Targets
- Deliver high-quality reports according to established timetables.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability in all data collection and processing.
- Monitor, update, and enhance automated reports as needed.
