CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER(Duty Manager)
The Club is now seeking an experienced and customer focused industry professional to join and lead the team in the important role of Customer Service Leader. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be familiar with all aspects of taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a licensed premises.
Your Accountabilities:
- To understand operations of gaming, food and beverage outlets and to be able to work within and supervise these departments
- Ensure continuous improvement of service standards
- Delegation of work flows
- People management and leadership including training & rosters
- Liaise with Senior Management team on various Club initiatives
- Assist with functions when required
- Develop a rapport with Club members and guests
- Ensure compliance with the registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA and RCG and HACCP and Gaming Regulations
- Opening & closing of Club
Your Attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- A "hands on" approach
- Solid technical background in gaming
- Have an impressive eye for detail
- Consider grooming and personal presentation an important part of creating a positive first impression
- Experience within a multi-skilled Club environment – Gaming, F&B, Functions, Reception
- Ability to build a coherent team and provide a high level of customer service
- RSA & RCG Certified – Senior First Aid preferred
- A friendly and out-going nature
- An ability to lead a small team and enthuse them to CARE
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (particularly verbal)
- A calmness under pressure
- A good practical knowledge of WH&S principals
- Sound conflict resolution skills
