Here's what you bring to the table:

  • Experience in telemarketing, retail, or customer service
  • A natural knack for making people feel heard and helped over the phone
  • A love for teamwork and smashing KPIs together
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
  • Experience using Shopify or Gorgias desirable
  • Oh, and yes—having a bit of fun is definitely on the job description
