We are seeking a positive and motivated individual for the role of HSEQ Administrator to support compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements across multiple projects. This role is essential in ensuring compliance to our HSEQ and NHVAS standards while assisting with various administrative tasks.

About the Role

Reporting to the HSEQ and Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining HSEQ compliance documentation, supporting inductions, subcontractor on-boarding and monitoring NHVAS requirements. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage project and subcontractor compliance documentation.
  • Assist with HSEQ compliance, reporting, and site inductions.
  • Assist with compliance with HSE legislation, company standards, and NHVAS requirements.
  • Assist with Excess Mass and B-Double permit and fleet registration renewals.
  • Ensure NHVAS compliance, including completion of load compliance forms and checklists.
  • Assist with NHVAS audit requirements, including SOPs and permits.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly client reporting.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in office administration (preferably in civil construction or similar).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
