As our Internal Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, the friendly voice that welcomes them to Hunter Homes. You'll play a vital role in qualifying leads, capturing key information, and ensuring they are directed to the right person at the right time. This role is the bridge between enquiry and action, helping to set the tone for a seamless and professional customer experience.

You'll work closely with our Sales Team, providing administrative support, managing high call volumes, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach will make you a key contributor to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming sales calls and online enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
  • Qualify leads by gathering essential details and assessing their needs
  • Accurately record and manage customer information in our CRM system.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales consultant or department with confidence and efficiency
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including appointment coordination and documentation support
  • Keep up to date with home designs, pricing, land availability, and our sales process to confidently handle enquiries
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent the Hunter Homes brand with pride

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in a phone-based sales, internal sales, or customer service role, ideally within the building, real estate, or property industry
  • A naturally friendly and professional phone manner with excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to listen, identify needs, and make the caller feel supported from the first moment
  • Highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
