The Employee Relations team has a fixed term opportunity for an Adviser to join their team from 1 December 2025 to 31 December months).

Your opportunity
Reporting to the Principal Adviser Employee Relations you'll provide guidance on a range of employee relations issues, including Enterprise Agreement interpretation, dispute resolution, and workplace investigations.

You can expect some of the responsibilities of the role to include:

  • Provide expert HR, industrial relations, and employment law advice to leaders and employees.
  • Manage complex performance and conduct issues, including investigations and dispute resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to implement effective People and Culture practices.
  • Maintain accurate case records and contribute to HRM process improvements and capability development.

About you:

  • Experience or understanding of the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements
  • General understanding of FWC-related processes, including unfair dismissals and general protections
  • Generalist HR experience, including workplace investigations & disciplinary outcomes.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective planning, organisation and time management.
  • Can work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrate an ability to remain maintain professionalism during sensitive or difficult situations and conversations.
