Position Overview

We are looking for proactive and detail-focused individuals to join our growing data management division as
Data Processors
.

This position is ideal for candidates who want to build strong foundations in HR data, analytics, and process administration while working in a flexible hybrid setting.

You will be responsible for maintaining high data accuracy across company systems and client databases. Training will be provided for all new team members to ensure confidence in performing daily operations.

Main Duties

  • Enter, organise, and process information within internal and client systems
  • Conduct accuracy checks and update incomplete or outdated records
  • Prepare data reports, summaries, and basic dashboards for team review
  • Follow internal protocols to maintain data confidentiality and quality
  • Assist with workflow improvements and implementation of automation tools
  • Liaise with the HR and analytics departments to enhance reporting consistency

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability
  • Capable of managing priorities independently and meeting set deadlines
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other cloud-based data tools
  • Clear and professional communication in written and spoken English
  • Logical problem-solving mindset with adaptability to new systems
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative in improving processes
