Senior Project Manager – ITSM Implementation

Location: Perth

Contract Duration: Initial 6 months (with potential for extension)

Work Type: Contract – Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite per week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to augument our client based in Perth on an initial 6 months contract, in Hybrid working.

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of a comprehensive ITSM application across key IT and business divisions. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the selected Service Management product.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, implementation partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Project Steering Committee meetings and provide regular updates to sponsors.
  • Manage project budget, forecasts, purchase orders, and change requests.
  • Document current and future state processes and define architectural principles.
  • Provide guidance on data migration, testing, and change management.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, action logs, and artefacts.

What makes you a good fit?

  • Proven experience delivering ITSM/ITOM/ITAM projects in large or complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as ServiceNow or Ivanti.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2).
  • Change management experience (highly desirable).
