We're seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to manage technology demand and project delivery across multiple divisions — working in a pragmatic, outcomes-focused environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Business Analyst position responsible for assessing new technology and change requests, documenting high-level requirements, and coordinating commercial and security reviews to ensure all initiatives are fit-for-purpose and delivered efficiently.

When demand activity is lighter, the role will support ongoing project delivery work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessment of new technology and change requests
  • Prepare business charters, high-level requirements, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate commercial and security reviews with internal teams
  • Engage stakeholders across multiple business units
  • Support project delivery where required
  • Operate within flexible delivery models – Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid

Skills and Experience

  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Technically literate across SaaS, on-prem, infrastructure, and security concepts
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working across multiple industries or complex environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow or Jira (advantageous)
  • Consulting or pre-sales exposure highly regarded
  • Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments
