We're looking for a confident, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done. In this role, you'll provide critical support to seven Regional Managers across our Customer & Destinations (CCD) team, helping to keep operations smooth, schedules aligned, and communication flowing.

  • Prepare weekly team meeting agendas and assign chairs and minute takers
  • Assist with approvals and signature coordination
  • Build strong working relationships with Regional Managers, Centre Managers, stakeholders, and fellow PAs

What sets you apart?

You're the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly, calm under pressure, quick to adapt, and always thinking two steps ahead.

  • Experience supporting multiple leaders
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills—especially Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Comfortable managing travel bookings, expenses, and approval
