About The Role
This position is charged with overseeing a high level of customer satisfaction through the efficient, effective, and timely co-ordination of the new vehicle order, ensuring proactive communication with all stakeholders through to vehicle delivery and settlement. The Team Coordinator is responsible for delivering 100% compliance to all KPI and SLA targets being met.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Monitor KPI and SLA performance and manage change to ensure the companies commitments and goals are met. Oversee and coach all team members in the professional handling of all dealings with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure team's workload is managed effectively and identify any potential issues that may impact the business.
  • Professionally handle any issues or complaints.
  • Develop maintain and foster relationships with all internal staff and departments to enhance the understanding of the delivery process, to help sales achieve the results they require to build SG Fleet's leasing portfolio.
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviour to develop staff, build a positive work culture, maintaining high productivity levels and lead the team through change as required.
  • Manage key events/tasks of the delivery process - with all stakeholders, in accordance with sgfleet policy and procedures.
  • Ensure 100% data integrity of all data entered by and or managed by the Vehicle delivery team and ensure it is up to date at all times. Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and the leadership group.
  • Ensure team's workload is managed effectively and identify any potential issues that may impact the business.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff and to build a high performing and positive work culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities, whilst still maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, together with the ability to effectively manage conflict.
  • Sound knowledge of the documentation required to order, register, deliver and pay for a new or used vehicle is ideal.
  • Prior experience in a role where you dealt directly with customers and suppliers.
  • Leasing/fleet management industry experience is preferable.
  • Prior experience in leading a team through change.
