Role Overview

As an Exhibition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing exhibitions and events at Darling Harbour. You'll liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition services, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end exhibition logistics, including scheduling, setup, and pack-down
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage floor plans, booth allocations, and exhibitor communications
  • Collaborate with design, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee on-site operations and troubleshoot issues during events
  • Maintain accurate documentation, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and venue regulations
  • Support sales and account managers with proposals and client presentations

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in event or exhibition coordination (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
