This is for a Permanent Full Time appointment.
What is our Nurse Manager role?
This position is responsible for leading and managing services to deliver evidence-based care for optimal patient outcomes within allocated resources: is accountable for improving and maintaining standards and delivering outcomes consistent with service and organisational priorities; ensures the delivery of patient centred service against key performance indicators (KPIs), including quality, budget and human resources; provides a consultation and liaison service within their area of expertise to relevant internal and external customers.
