Based in Western Australia, Dragnet Technology & Consulting specializes in the planning, design, installation and maintenance of Local and Wide Area computer networks and cloud systems across Australia. Dragnet supports and maintains many prestigious WAN systems throughout Australia as well as international sites. Dragnet is well known for our strong customer service and deployment of best-practice technology systems.

Our Mount Pleasant office presently has a vacancy for the position of IT Support Cadet. This role is an entry level position which would ideally suit a young and enthusiastic person who is looking for a starting point for a career in IT, computer networking, cyber security and cloud computing. The IT Support Cadet provides operational, technical and administrative support to our team of Network Engineers while receiving valuable training and hands on experience.

Successful candidates will possess the following essential skills:

  • A thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn new skills.
  • At least an intermediate working knowledge of personal computers and related technologies.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.Located close to our office in Mt Pleasant

IT training and qualifications will be highly regarded but are not essential.
