We are currently seeking a motivated Administration Trainee to join one of our valued host companies located in Beenleigh. This role is based within a national group in the Construction industry that is well established. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in administration while completing a Certificate III in Business.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be in involved in all aspects of administration support. You will be apart of a busy team that relies on commitment to the role and high level of attention to detail. Some of the task will include the following:

  • Organising and allocating returns
  • Calculating, scanning, and reconciling
  • Processing returns
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting with sales and processing when required
  • Answering phones and assisting customers
  • Coordinating deliveries and stock adjustments

Applicants must meet the following criteria

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
