As our Front Office Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of the action – overseeing daily front office operations, leading by example, and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves problem-solving, coaching team members, and going the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and support the front office team to deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences

· Respond to guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care

· Ensure daily procedures and service standards are consistently upheld across all shifts

· Coach, train and develop team members to foster a high-performing and engaged team culture

· Check daily reservations and room allocations to support occupancy and revenue goals

· Act as the Manager on Duty in absence of the Hotel Manager & Front Office Manager, overseeing hotel operations and ensuring guest and team safety at all times

· Coordinate emergency procedures and incident responses, ensuring compliance with safety protocols

· Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to deliver a unified and guest-centric experience

About You:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-first mindset

· Solutions-focused and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage unexpected challenges confidently

· A team leader who motivates through example and brings energy to every shift

· Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.12 – $42.18 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
