Are you a friendly, professional, and confident person with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service? We're looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at our welcoming and respectful boutique naturist hotel where body positivity, comfort, and freedom are celebrated.

About the Role:

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience. You'll assist with reservations, provide local information, and support guests throughout their stay with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, professional, and inviting
  • Handle guest requests and feedback with care and discretion
  • Work closely with housekeeping and other departments

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident attitude
  • Comfortable working in a naturist environment (naturist-friendly workplace)
  • Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
