Workplace Coordinator – Global Pharmaceutical Client

We're looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join Sodexo's on-site team at our client's Macquarie Park office. You'll work alongside a supportive team of four, helping deliver outstanding facilities and front-of-house services in a busy, fast-paced corporate environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain the presentation and aesthetic of front-of-house and guest areas.

  • Manage concierge services, including greeting visitors and clients.

  • Schedule and prepare meeting and training rooms.

  • Coordinate AV and web conferencing setups for meetings.

  • Oversee onsite events, ensuring AV and catering needs are met.

  • Troubleshoot AV issues, coordinating with third parties as needed.

  • Handle administrative duties and supply management.

  • Conduct site safety inspections to ensure a secure work environment.

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance employee experience.

  • You've worked in a corporate environment—ideally in workplace, hospitality, or facilities roles

  • You're a natural communicator with strong admin and customer service skills

Mon: 8am–3pm | Tues–Thurs: 8am–5pm | Fri: 8am–3pm
