We’re looking for a **Workplace Coordinator** to join **Sodexo’s on-site team** at our client's Macquarie Park office. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of four, helping deliver outstanding facilities and front-of-house services in a busy, fast-paced corporate environment.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Welcoming visitors and managing our switchboard with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinating reception, meeting room bookings, and front-of-house operations
- Supporting facilities tasks like site walks, EHS safety checks, and maintenance requests
- Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and general admin (training provided)
- Taking on Fire Warden and/or First Aid responsibilities (training can be arranged)
- Helping run internal events, large team meetings, and office engagement initiatives
- Looking for ways to improve processes and elevate the employee experience

- You’ve worked in a corporate environment—ideally in workplace, hospitality, or facilities roles
- You’re a natural communicator with strong admin and customer service skills
