Zoomlion Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead and expand our agricultural equipment sales across South Australia. This is a key role within our team as we grow our footprint in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and brand presence
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with dealers, distributors and end-users
- Manage and support existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities
- Provide product feedback and insights to internal teams to support continuous improvement
- Represent the company at trade shows, field days and industry events
- Collaborate with internal departments including technical, logistics and marketing
- Travel across Australia to support sales efforts and customer engagement
Requirements
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Minimum of five years' experience in Capital Sales or Hire for Heavy Equipment
- Strong understanding of the Australian Construction/Mining/Agriculture industry and machinery market
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
