ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the CFO, this role leads the finance, payroll, and investment functions. You'll be both strategic and hands-on, delivering robust reporting, driving budgeting and forecasting, managing liquidity, and overseeing investments. The role is ideal for a senior finance leader who thrives on improving systems and processes while building high-performing teams.

DUTIES

  • Lead finance, payroll, and investment teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for informed decision-making
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to meet strategic goals
  • Oversee compliance, statutory reporting, and audit requirements
  • Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting for efficiency and accuracy

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years' senior finance leadership experience
  • Experience working within the Aged Care sector
  • Proven track record leading high-performing finance teams and managing audits
  • Strong capability in investment oversight and cash flow management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with Board-level exposure
