About the Role
K'gari Beach Resort is calling for a passionate Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team on beautiful K'gari (Fraser Island), Queensland.
We're looking for an enthusiastic team player who is not just skilled in the kitchen but is also passionate about delivering top-notch service and contributing to the magic of K'gari Beach Resort.

About You
You are a trade qualified Sous Chef with at least 4 years' culinary service, with the right to live and work in Australia indefinitely and hold the following qualifications and experience:
- Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification (essential)
- Diploma Hospitality Management (desirable)
- HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience working in a hotel/resort (highly regarded)
