Based in Padstow, Sydney, we specialise in benchtops, flooring, and wall solutions, and are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

About You:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you are a natural in delivering exceptional customer service. With your pleasant phone manner and solid PC skills, you're always ready to assist colleagues. You can juggle multiple tasks with ease, prioritise effectively, and stay organised, even under pressure.

Your keen attention to detail ensures everything is done efficiently and accurately, and you're always willing to learn, including mastering product knowledge. Being proactive is second nature to you, and you're not afraid to take the initiative when needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and update the customer database
  • Handle general office administration tasks
  • Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist the shipping department by monitoring shipment progress, identifying potential issues, and resolving delays before they become problems.
  • Supporting stock management tasks, including processing stock transfers and adjustments.
