ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results driven individual to join our Cotton On team as an Ecommerce Manager. You will enable our vision by managing the financial strategy, execution and delivery of commercial outcomes for our online channel. You will focus meeting sales budgets and increasing growth profit for our market by using sales forecasting skills and web data analysis to determine trade activity and report on progression to ensure that we are meeting our targets and objectives.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Demonstrated experience in an Ecommerce Manager role
• Extensive experience establishing growth strategies, financial budgets and driving commercial outcomes
• Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tool, financial analysis and forecasting
• Strong project management and problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-better environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and lead a team to drive results
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, tools and technologies used for website merchandising and management
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including merchants, marketing, creative and key stakeholders
