**Your New Role**
As our new eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising our online store. From maintaining product listings and ensuring campaign readiness to supporting website updates and troubleshooting small issues, you'll help deliver a world class, seamless shopping experience. You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, CX, Buying, and Inventory to keep our storefronts running smoothly, accurately, and beautifully.
You’ll also support promotional campaigns, assist with content creation, generate performance reports, and contribute to ongoing improvements across all digital touchpoints. This role is perfect for someone who loves organisation, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is passionate about creating effortless, on brand online experiences for customers around the world.
**You’ll Be Responsible For**:
- Managing online product listings, including SEO friendly descriptions, imagery, pricing, and stock accuracy.
- Supporting promotional and marketing campaigns, ensuring products and offers are live and flawless.
- Conducting regular site audits to catch bugs, usability issues, or missing content.
- Collaborating with CX, Marketing, Inventory, and Supply Chain teams.
- Generating reports and assisting with performance analysis using Google Analytics and GA4.
- Supporting testing of new site features and third party integrations.
**Who Are You?**

**What You’ll Bring**:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in an eCommerce or digital coordination role.
- Hands on experience with Shopify.
- Familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Yotpo.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for product content.
- A proactive, solutions driven approach and strong communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with ease.
