**The Role**
Reporting to the GM - Digital, the eCommerce Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring alignment between group eCommerce capabilities and business strategy. You will be working closely in cross functional teams across the group and be accountable for the day-to-day trading of the largest website on the company's portfolio.

Day to day, the eCommerce Business Partner will:

- Support in the development of e-commerce strategies, and their subsequent implementation
- Partner with the business's leadership to develop growth and scale in a multichannel context
- Head day-to-day trading for eCommerce providing insight & reporting
- Utilise group shared services to drive capability into the business
- Ensure a multichannel context in all digital strategy creation

The eCommerce Business Partner must have significant experience in similar senior eCommerce management roles. You'll also have:

- Proven experience across large scale ecommerce sites and projects and a track record of driving growth
- Experience in trading, merchandise, and platforming for a significant online brand
- Data driven background, with a solid understanding Google Analytics
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management experience, at C-Suite level
- Experience using reporting tool sets along with strong Excel skills
