We are looking for team members who love and have a passion for work and who enjoy customer interaction.

We are multiple roles available and seeking reliable, committed and flexible Team Members to work at checkout which involves Lotto and Post, Store assistant, deli staff and night fill staff operations and liquor operators for liquor shop.

As a member of our team, you will be working in our store in various departments.

What the position involves:

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries and desire to provide the best customer experience all the times
  • Replenish stock and ensure high levels of store presentation
  • Front Staff duties- operating POS, Lotto and Australian Post and managing staff
  • Preparing and serving a variety of fresh deli and bakery products
  • Experience achieving sales targets and reducing stock loss
  • Follow safety and operational standards at all times
  • Ensure pricing and ticketing is current & promotions are accurate and merchandised
  • Monitor and control stock levels
  • Have an understanding of all store departments (Grocery, Deli and Produce) and the ability to perform the basic job duties
  • Sound knowledge of supermarket best practices.
  • The desire to take ownership of your position at all times

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • Loyal, Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and public holiday
  • Willingness to learn new skills and knowledge of all the store departments

Our opening hours are 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Staff must possess the ability to work confidently in a fast and efficient manner.
