Exciting Opportunity: Office Support Assistant role located in Osborne Park
We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at At Home Care in an Office Support Assistant position If you're passionate about providing exceptional administrative support, this is your chance to shine. In this role, you will assist key teams including Learning & Development, Recruitment, Comms & Marketing, People & Culture, and Operations.
You will have regular tasks assisting with managing mailouts/assisting with events and marketing campaigns, compliance administration, updating systems and also be the first point of contact for phones, emails, and visitors, you'll help create a welcoming environment in our office.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of departments and contribute to the smooth running of our office. If you're organised, proactive, and ready for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in data cleaning and management
- A well-presented and professional demeanour
- A courteous, approachable, and professional manner in all interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's license
Outstanding candidate would have:
- Cert III in Business, Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Teams & SharePoint
- Experience with Mailchimp
- Experience with CRM platforms
