- Lead senior-level contract negotiations and represent IVTS-A in public, regulatory and industry forums
- Oversee major proposals, tenders and procurement engagements in complex and regulated environments
- Ensure compliance with ASIC and WHS requirements and alignment with global quality and safety standards
- Drive internal leadership, staff engagement, and cultural alignment with InVeris's global values

- Demonstrated success leading major tenders, bids, or strategic pursuits, particularly within highly regulated industries
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience overseeing forecasting, budgeting, cost controls, and performance reporting
- Exceptional people leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop talent, and cultivate a high-performing, accountable workplace culture
- Experience in managing external relationships at the most senior levels, including with military clients, government stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and industry bodies
- Familiarity with ISO-certified environments (e.g. ISO 9001:2015) and proven risk and quality management leadership
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, engineering, or defence-related disciplines; additional governance or program management credentials (e.g. AICD, AIPM, Shipley) are highly regarded
- A leadership style that is principled, inclusive, operationally grounded, and aligned with a global values-based organisation
