Join Our Client's Finance Team - Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner.

Are you passionate about making a real impact through financial insight and business partnering? Our client is seeking a skilled Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you'll work closely with Executive Directors, Directors, and cost centre managers to help them understand financial and performance data. You'll also support the CFO in reviewing and analysing financial performance across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with:

  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge, with a focus on management accounting
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
  • A collaborative approach to business partnering
  • The ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams

Position Details

  • 6-month contract (may lead to perm)
  • Full-time: 5 days per week / 40 hours - also happy to do 4 days per week if need be
  • Leave: 5 weeks annual leave + 1 RDO per month
  • Pay: Minimum $56+ per hour, based on skills and experience
  • Location: Wodonga
